Becoming visible as an authorized partner of LAPP

Dear LAPP-Partner,

the manufacturer LAPP has decided to provide you with the “Authorized Partner” seal of approval as an official online retailer of the LAPP brand.

The seal confirms the partnership connection between the LAPP brand and you as a retailer and makes this visible – in real time, tamper-proof.

This gives consumers the security of purchasing an original product – guaranteed by an authorized brand partner – and helps authorized stores to increase conversion and sales of authorized products.

Only 3 steps to your partner seal

Described in simple words, the Authorized Partner seal is a snippet that you can easily integrate into your store’s source code. In doing so, each seal is automatically linked to a corresponding partner certificate.

Here are the steps in detail:

Create your account

Register as an online retailer here or via the www.authorized.by page. - free of charge.
After entering your first key data you will receive a mail to verify your email address.
After the successful email verification you can log in to your new account and complete your profile.
The Company and E-Commerce sections should be filled in completely. Please also add a high-resolution logo to your profile so that we can activate your account as soon as possible.
The activation will then be confirmed to you separately via e-mail.
Important: Use the search function in the header of your authorized.by profile to find the LAPP-brand and request the confirmation (authorization) of your partnership.

Insert seal snippet

Installing the seal in your online store is very simple. It only requires the integration of two snippets into your source code.

First, put the Basic Code as the last child element of Body Tag. You can copy and paste the code into the HTML of your store. The only necessary change is to pass the EAN or GTIN instead of the placeholder “Insert_EAN_GTIN_here”:

To insert your seal on the product detail page, please determine the position in your HTML code where your seal should be displayed. We recommend the area of the product description directly at the product.

We recommend the installation directly in the source code, or the integration via the Google Tag Manager. In addition, we also offer you the simple integration with the help of store plugins & extensions. Here you can find all integration options.

Attention! Despite your integration, the seal will only be visible after confirmation by the brand.

Configure your settings

Log in to your account, go to the menu item "Configartaion". Here you can make all the necessary settings, for example, the position of your seal, without any programming knowledge.
