The most important at a glance
Currently, payment on authorized.by® can be made by direct debit, credit card or PayPal. Furthermore, you have the option to choose between monthly and annual payment. A discount of 15% is granted for annual payments.
Of course. Make sure all your company data and the recipient of the invoice are entered correctly. You will then automatically receive a monthly invoice for your booking, which is sent to the e-mail address you have stated.
As soon as you are registered with authorized.by®, you can manage your booking in your account and upgrade at any time.
Every time a user visits a page in your shop counts as an impression. As a rule of thumb for calculating the impressions, you can use the following formula: monthly number of visitors of your online shop x 2.5.
authorized.by’s cost structure is fully transparent. As a rule, you have one year (12 months), to use up your booked contingent of impressions. If your contingent is used up before the end of the booking period, it’s easy to book an additional package. Alternatively, your seal will no longer be displayed. No charges are levied retroactively. The same applies to refunds if you do not use the volume estimated and booked in advance.
Your authorized.by® contract runs for 12 months, counting from when the respective package is booked. Notice of termination can be given 3 months before the contract ends.

Yes, it is, provided you state your company VAT number. Our system will automatically recognize whether or not VAT applies in your case.
With TÜV ShopIdent, you show your store customers that you are an authorized brand partner and that the identity of your web shop has been verified by TÜV Saarland. The booking is made via the authorized.by platform, which also provides you with all the relevant information for carrying out the Easy Audit. TÜV ShopIdent is a premium feature at a low price.
