Currently, payment on authorized.by® can be made by direct debit, credit card or PayPal. Furthermore, you have the option to choose between monthly and annual payment. A discount of 15% is granted for annual payments.
Of course. Make sure all your company data and the recipient of the invoice are entered correctly. You will then automatically receive a monthly invoice for your booking, which is sent to the e-mail address you have stated.
As soon as you are registered with authorized.by®, you can manage your booking in your account and upgrade at any time.
Every time a user visits a page in your shop counts as an impression. As a rule of thumb for calculating the impressions, you can use the following formula: monthly number of visitors of your online shop x 2.5.
authorized.by’s cost structure is fully transparent. As a rule, you have one year (12 months), to use up your booked contingent of impressions. If your contingent is used up before the end of the booking period, it’s easy to book an additional package. Alternatively, your seal will no longer be displayed. No charges are levied retroactively. The same applies to refunds if you do not use the volume estimated and booked in advance.
“Ask the Brand” is the official retailer search of authorized.by. Consumers enter a brand and see all retailers currently authorized by that brand — confirmed in real time, straight from the source. As a registered shop, you are automatically listed for every brand that has confirmed your partnership. Your profile shows your authorization status, your confirmed brands, and — depending on your plan — your full retailer profile with logo, description, and contact details. This way, you get found at exactly the moment a customer is looking for a trustworthy source for their brand.
More and more purchase decisions no longer start in a search engine, but in an AI assistant. When users ask where they can safely buy a brand’s products, these systems need a reliable source. That’s why authorized.by makes authorizations machine-readable via open interfaces (API and MCP) — accessible to search engines, marketplaces, and AI assistants, straight from the official source. Your status is tamper-proof: it can only be issued or revoked by the brand itself and is confirmed live with every request. Shops without a confirmed authorization simply don’t appear in this source.
Your authorized.by® contract runs for 12 months, counting from when the respective package is booked. Notice of termination can be given 3 months before the contract ends.
