1.) Registration and profile creation
Register on the authorized.by platform to create a free brand profile to create, if not already done..

2.) Retailer selection
Select those retailers from your list of existing retailers whom you would like to designate as PREMIUM partners based on their performance, commitment and alignment with your brand values, or invite important partners to join the platform (unlimited number possible).

3.) Assignment of PREMIUM Partner status
Use the platform’s functions to assign PREMIUM partner status to selected retailers. This is done at the touch of a button and includes the activation of the exclusive “Authorized Partner” brand seal with TÜV ShopIdent for the online presence of your branded products at selected retailers.

4.) All-inclusive – automated processes
Once PREMIUM partner status has been assigned, all processes are fully automated. Your partners will receive the award in an appropriate and dignified manner and will henceforth receive support and assistance with all questions relating to the entire process, the TÜV ShopIdent audit, or the technical integration of your brand seal. Yes, each partner has the opportunity to apply to the brand for PREMIUM partner status. This enables proactive engagement and promotes continuous improvement within your dealer network.

Retailers must first successfully complete the TÜV ShopIdent process, which includes verifying the accuracy of company information and domain administration rights to ensure the authenticity of the shop. In the event of conflicts or complaints, authorized.by offers an arbitration procedure to attempt mediation between the parties. If customer complaints are repeated, the brand concerned will be informed immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.
